Pros: Excellent location for airport if arriving late or leaving early. extremely helpful, informative and well-mannered staff. room was clean, a good size and excellent value. the grounds of the hotel are very well cared for with lots of interesting plants in the gardens. the overall impression is that the hotel is well managed with well trained staff who enjoy their work. there is a good little shop on site and the buffet breakfast is very good, with excellent coffee. shuttle to and from airport makes arrival and departure comfortable and safe.

Pros: They looked after one of our suitcases whilst we went to mexico for a nominal amount, and l was able to catch their shuttle to retrieve the bag on our return to lax before flying onto beijing.
Cons: Not told how to find room, which is a bit tricky. staff must have realized we were going the wrong way but did not say anything.
