Cons: Room was not ready upon arrival, switched rooms twice, no service at the pool for food, hallways were dirty, no towels available at the pool, no towels in our room, bed was lumpy and too soft
Cons: Probably should be a bit more aggressive regarding removing towels from unused lounge chairs. or at least require they leave a cell number.
