"You get what you pay for."

The internet pictures made it look a lot nicer than it was. The rooms were very clean, but the property is very old. There seems to be a lot of long term boarders, and a lot of them smoked. The area is lower income and not really what I expected. For the money, it was fine, but I would probably not stay there again due the area and the age of the property.

"Great Hotel!"

Payed $40 a night for 7 days. Rooms were clean and big enough for my husband, me and 2 small kids (ages 4 & 2). Continental Breakfast was decent, same thing every morning: frosted flakes, raisin bran or regular cheerios, banana's, oranges, milk, orange juice, coffee, bagels. I would definately stay there again.

"Loved the value"

It's a little old and the mattress was sketchy...but they did a great job with the courtyards...it is beautiful and relaxing with all the flowering trees/vines and fountains....breakfast was fine and the staff was helpful cheery and responsive. The location is super, so easy to get to anything we wanted to do anywhere in the greater SD area,,,,the value was awesome given the prices...$232 for 4 nights total including taxes etc....very happy, would stay again.

"Great Little Hotel"

I was happy with this hotel. My only complaints were that it was a little noisy(but I'm a really light sleeper, so probably my fault too) and that the complimentary breakfast was either out or a little lacking every day we stayed there(but hey, it's complimentary, so what can you expect). The rooms suited our stay well, the cleaning staff were very efficient and friendly, and the location is 5 star. Literally 10 minutes from EVERYTHING: Beach, places to eat, SeaWorld, the Zoo, shopping malls, etc. It may not look like much from the outside, but the inside is beautiful, healthy green trees, grass, flowers, etc. everywhere! The pool and spa were decent and the beds comfy. I feel I got my money's worth.

Cons: Yes you told me there was a smoking room that why i book it. when i got there was no smoking room they blame you so i want to know why i book through you and had to stand outside to smoke that was bad for me and my girlfriend. it was so cold that weekend. i think so kind of refund would be nice.
