 "what you expect for the price you pay"
this place was average. i wanted something cheap, and that's what i got..pros:- spacious- sink is separate from toilet / tub- had a fridge- close to food (denny's and cotixan)cons:- smelled a bit moldy- thin walls--could hear people talking from down the hallway- no hairdryer

Pros: Clerk was nice
Cons: Stingy floors, horrible location, steps away from nude bar, loud people running the hallways all night. they charged more than what you quoted me. not worth it.

Cons: I was very dissapointed the room had an odor the sheets smelled dirty the room was not clean it was just bad i wouldn't recommend this hotel. my loved one even got rashes on her skin.

 "The hotel is very close to seaworld, mission bay, old town, etc"
Pros: The hotel is very close to seaworld, mission bay, old town, etc. and very reasonably priced--a bargain for the summer season!
Cons: The hotel does not have a pool or continental breakfast and is right across the street from a couple of "nude girls" clubs, which is probably not the best exposure for children. the walls are also very thin and the place was somewhat noisy.

Pros: The hotel was nice and clean. we were comfortable. they have a refridgerator.

Cons: When we searched for "dogs allowed", this hotel came up. but they don't allow dogs. a microwove and coffee pot would have been nice.
