The staff was helpful.
Music was very loud in the courtyard, where the pool is. the comforter had a whole. the phone did not work for outgoing calls, but kept ringing once every so often, even during the night.Padilla

Hard to control but when i entered my room there was a roach on the wall near the bathroom. it sort of freaked me out.
