Cons: Unfortunately, the room was booked during a major convention tim (comicon), which resulted in all the hotels inflating their rates beyond their worth.
Cons: Your hotel site was the negative. we got there and had no reservation. they allowed us to show them the confirmation email and stay in one of their emergency rooms, as they were sold out. very disappointed in your website and will not book again.
