You simply should not miss a visit to the San Diego Natural History Museum. There are some incredible exhibits that will entertain and inform the whole family. First, there is the amazing and rather controversial Body Worlds exhibit, in San Diego for a limited time in 2009. The exhibit has had such an impact on some visitors that they end up going home and changing their lifestyle by quitting smoking, losing weight, or somehow improving their overall health.
Even if you miss the Body Worlds exhibit, the Natural History Museum will let the dinosaur lover in your family get their fill of the giant prehistoric beasts, as well as the fossilized evidence other creatures have left us over the past 75 million years, or learn about how precious water is for this part of the country through the exhibit called “Water: A California Story”.
