Booked few days in advance and still got good deal. Got late checkout at 1 p.m. Great price and they gave us an upgrade. No air conditions and window hard to open. Great toiletries .

Pros: Hotel was nice and exactly how the website described it to be. staff was friendly and the continental breakfast wasn't bad either.
Cons: My bathroom "sliding door" got stuck on the carpet which therefore left me trapped in the restroom for 10 minutes. i used my cell phone to call the front desk and no one could help me cause they had no one to "relieve" them from downstairs. i have bruises on my body from trying to get out and i never got an apology. after that i would never stay here again.

Pros: Location is very good.
Cons: No internet connection in room. no air conditioning so very stuffy and very noisy as window had to be left open. bathroom needed a major rennovation. staff were very curt when answering the phone. we missed our flight connection as although we phoned 30 minutes prior to needing our car (as instructed), it took 90 minutes with staff not making a record of our request.
