Pros: Staff during stay and after departure when i contacted them for a lost item were very helpful and responsive. location near stores (trader joe's and safeway) was very convenient. airport shuttle service was very prompt, and the driver extremely courteous and helpful as i was struggling with extra bags.
Cons: Noise carried from other rooms (beside and above)
