My family and I spent a couple of days at Villa Florence, and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel is.The Good: Prompt friendly service from everyone there.Nice clean roomsGreat location to Chinatown, cable cars, shopping and restaurantsPrompt valet serviceCould Improve:Two of our three windows could not be opened due to broken latches. One was in the bathroom, and since there was no fan, the window would have helped.The bed was just a bit soft for me, but that may not be a problem for others.Overall, this is a nice place to stay, and I would recommend it to my friends,
