This house used to belong to Sarah L. Winchester who in 1884 had this mansion built to such grandiose ideas that it took 38 years until her death to complete. This home had gas lights that turned on with a button which was not common back in the late 1800s, rambling roofs, gold and silver chandeliers and Tiffany glass windows.
