 "Not Worth the Money!! False Advertisment!"
To begin, upon checking into the hotel I was given a king room instead of two queen/full size beds. My confirmation requested two beds, however the hotel was unaware or did not pay attention. When they resolved that problem, I walked into a hotel room that had the worst odor and smell u could imagine. On top of that the rooms were also very cold and the thermostat did not work. When I informed the front desk and they informed me that they don't turn the heat on unless the rooms reach 52 degrees. Are you Serious? They brought me a small heater that worked for the first night only. On the second night it did not work. When I infomed the night staff they said they would bring me another heater and blankets. They never showed up. The patio door was jammed and off track. The living room sofa was uncomfortable and the pillows didn't fit properly into the couch. It looked like something from off the street or a thrift store. I could not take a bath because the stopper for the drain did not work. I did not realize that until I ended up putting $20.00 worth of bath oil and bath salts into the water only to find it all went down the drain. The outlets in the room did not work properly and the lamp in the living room also did not work. Which also did not allow me to be able to do the work that I came there to do. The desk area and surrounding componets were not sufficient for someone technical. What is the point in having to work in the business center when you are paying for a room? In addition when I went downstairs for breakfast @ 9:45 am. I was told that breakfast was over and that it ended at 10:00am. However, they broadcast on their hotel television station that breakfast is until 10:30am. I found the staff to be impolite and unhelpful in the kitchen area. When I addressed the hotel staff at the front counter they were apologetic and quickly reimbursed me for room service charges. They were willing to reimburse me for the hotel stay but realized that I had booked the reservation through Easytobook. However, Easytobook just informed me it would take 28 days just to get an answer on how best to proceed. This is unacceptable. I will never recommend or use them again.
