 "Getting away for a weekend"
My son and I needed to get out of town for a couple of days to overcome our winter blues. We came to Colorado Springs to see some friends. I specifically picked this hotel because of the water slide. Our room was small but it was to be expected for the price class of hotel. The rooms was clean and the maid service did a good job of keeping the room up. The continental breakfast was again average for this type of hotel but the hostess worked hard to make sure everything stayed stocked. My son did not stay at the slide long as he said the water was cold.
