 "Cheap but not great"
The location is not ideal, but if you get off Colfax in either direction for 1-2 blocks, the area is nice. Concerns: Smoke detector did not have battery backup. Elevator broke. No electrical outlet covers. Asked for wakeup call due to daylight savings and did not get a call. You get what you pay for.
