 "Good place"
We stayed for three days in a ground floor room which had a lovey area to sit out in with threes and a resident squirrel :) We had a good stay. Some of the staff went way beyond the call of duty and were a great help to us. Others were professional - it was pity all were not as generous - but a small quip!
My wife took ill and we need to stay for a few more days. The hotel were really helpful and being located so close to a good hospital was a real bonus.
A good stay and we would stay there again if back in Denver
One thing let the rooms down - a bad shower that wet the whole bathroom floor - I hope they fix that!

 "Worst Hotel In The U.S."
We arrived at the hotel at around 9:00 pm, 6-23-12. Our room was outdated, nice linens on top of the bed and a poor quality mattress cover, small bathroom, no frig., no microwave, and HOT, HOT, HOT. We were told the small air conditioning unit had not been on all day and would cool down soon. That never did happen. On Sunday, 6-24-12, the room was unbearable. We requested a place to cool down. They suggested the Denver Aquarium which was nice. We were gone from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Outside it was 105 degrees and the small window units in the outdated room could not keep up. The room window unit (at least 15 years old) ran all day. When we returned in the early evening, the room had cooled to around 90 degrees. It was miserable. We went down and spoke with the manager who offered to move us to a differrent room. Our first choice was not quite as dated in decor but much hotter (100 + degrees). Our second choice seemed about 90 degrees and smelled like urine. We encountered several other groups playing room switch. We asked to be sent to a different hotel and were told that this particular Ramada Inn's owner did not own any nearby properties. We had paid for Rockies baseball tickets for Tuesday, 6-26-12. The manager on duty was very uncooperative about offering to assist us in any manner. This was during the record heat wave and wildfires. Since we could not make any other arrangements, we cut our vacation THREE DAYS SHORT - LOSING OUR ROCKIES TICKETS AND ALL OTHER VACATION PLANS. We were so hot, miserable, and put out by this hotel, we left at 10:00 pm Sunday night, 6-24-12 and drove out of Denver, out of Colorado, and in to Kansas. We stayed in a new, clean, and air conditioned room at the Holiday Inn Express in Salinas, KS. The next day, May, 6-25-12, we drove on home to Oklahoma City, OK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!
