 "good price for a college student visiting"
Our room was great. loved the king size bed. It was pretty clean and we had no problems. I stay here every time i can afford to visit him. The only problem I had was my card would not go through on their system but the hostess was great since id paid already she let me just go.

 "Incidental payment"
I have stayed at your hotel once before, as well as many other hotels. Always, in the past, they have taken my credit card number in case there were any incidental charges. This is understandable and has always been acceptable. However, this trip, they took the card and put a charge on it of $69 with the understanding it would be applied back to the card the next day if there were no charges. After checking my account 4 days later, the charge had not been refunded so I called the hotel. The clerk was very rude and told me the charge had been refunded but it would be up to my bank to apply it and it could be up to 10 days to get the refund. I do not understand why the charge was applied to begin with. This has never been the case in any place I have stayed. The card was on file IN CASE THERE WERE CHARGES. This is very frustrating since the money has not been put back into my account as stated - I am still waiting. Other than this, our stay was very pleasant.

 "No towels"
I needed fresh towels on two occasions -- I was sharing a room with three friends of mine and there were only two towels. The first time I called down, it took 20 minutes to get fresh towels. The second time was on our second day, i called down and asked for four fresh towels. She said they were out, and that they could give me pool towels, which were basically long hand towels. Whatever. I asked if they would be out of the dryer by the next morning and she said yes. I woke up early and went down to get the towels, and the woman at the front desk told me she would send some up to my room. I went over to the free breakfast get coffee, and when I was walking back she called me over and told me to walk down the hall, go to room service, and knock on the door and ask them. I did that. The woman who opened the door told me there were no towels? How are you going to have a hotel and run out of towels for 24 hours? I went back up to my room and called the desk, telling them that yet again there were no towels and so I couldn't grab the extra towels. The woman on the phone just said "OK" and I hung up. Very poor service. How long does it actually take to wash and dry four towels? Not returning for next years convention.

 "Get what you pay for!!!"
Well I will say that the over-all look of the hotel is ok-nice depending on where you are. The lobby is very nice and the room was ok. My issue was the STAFF we had an issue with a group of unsupervised kids at the pool that were loud and jumping in all over. This made it very uncomfortable to be in there and made my 6 year old leave in tears. We tried to mention it to a worker and they wouldn't take out there earbuds long enough to listen to us. The front desk clerks only response was "sorry it gets a little crazy here on the weekends". Crazy on the weekends???? You are in the service industry!!!! It is always going to be crazy or some other adjective. Like my title says you get what you pay for, and I fully understand that, however this time I got the short end of the stick and will never stay here again.

 "Clean, Quiet and a Nice Breakfast"
You are getting a comfortable bed! A wide variety of breakfast foods and you are literally 5 minutes (if not less) from the airport and the WI FI worked well. The complimentary soap and shampoo were okay. Nothing special, but everything else was great. Oh and all the rooms are SMOKE FREE!!!!!! Hooray!!!!! We had a nice stay. It was much better than the other hotels that my boyfriend and I stayed in while we travelled across the states (from CA-MA).

 "Nice place, convenient location"
Close to Bradley International and Interstate 91 yet surprisingly quiet. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Decent continental-type breakfast. Downside : NO on-site restaurant or lounge.or any others nearby.
