This was a last minute reservation as we wanted to stay in d.c. before catching a train from union station in the morning. location was good and rate was great. many restaurants nearby and easy access to metro. continental breakfast was very good. neighborhood quiet. room was clean and lobby/reading room was very comfortable.
Room was a little small, like being in japan. nothing negative to report.Anonymous

The building itself was gorgeous, and in a really excellent location. free breakfast in the morning was a nice way to start the day.This was the smallest hotel room i've ever stayed in, and there was a very large, noisy, furnace/ac unit a couple of feet from the bed in what i thought would have been a closet. also, the staff seemed to have problems communicating with me, and weren't very interested in doing more than the bear minimum.
