The location is great, not in busy downtown area. Rooms are clean and the outside area (pool, bar) are great.The only thing is the very noise aircondition system. They make the noise of an aircraft engine! Sleeping without airco is not an option; to hot!The reception does not ask in the morning how your stay was, which I now understand. They should only get complaints about the noise airco!In total, for the high price for 1 night, the stay was very poor!

We were not checked in for the room we had booked for. We had booked a King Bed room with balcony. When we entered the room it had 2 queen size bed and there was a couple already inside. We went back to frontdesk and the person there was shocked to know that there was someone in there. Later he gave us the room we had booked online. The stay was fine after that.

Nice hotel with a wonderful pool! The pool area is what makes this hotel! You feel like you're at a resort. The pictures on line do make it look bigger than it is though. Good drinks at the bar pool, but a little expensive. We did think it was way over priced, but we think because it was spring break for a lot of schools. I would definitely stay there again if the price was way lower.

Great place! Clean rooms, great pool. Price was twice what I'd expect to pay in the midwest, but Key West can demand the price. Pros: The staff was friendly and the rooms and grounds kept clean and very pretty
