Pros: Staff was very helpful especially alfredo - he is a real gentleman. guys in the bar were doing proper cocktails with good amount of alcohol in them - mohito and strong long island ice tea were just amazing. rooms are very clean so overall we were very happy. we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and will come back when next time in miami.

Cons: Our window looked right into another window in the next building so we could never have the curtains open. absolutely dreadful for the price we paid and the fact that it was supposed to be a superior room.

Pros: We had a spacious & nice room.
Cons: Front office staff is very unfriendly, there is no personal welcome upon arrival. staff is speaking spanish towards eachother while you are at the front desk and neglecting on guests.
