Pros: The staff was very helpful, first room they put me in had a lock that was exposed.i told them i didn't feel safe in the room and they immediately relocated me into a room that was much larger, and quieter than the first, and this was all on a high volume weekend.
Cons: The catalina is actually 3 different hotels in one, the only one of the hotels i could actually see myself staying in comfortably is the main one in the middle- the actual catalina hotel.
