"Good location"
Pros: Good location. good value for the money.
Cons: Drawers would not stay shut. rain water leaked into room from window & air conditioner. toilet would not flush.
Pros: Great location! clean. quite, couteous service. comfortable bed.

"The location is great"
Pros: The location is great. as long as you expect nothin but the great location the price is great too.
Cons: They did not have any washclothes. they did not have enough towels to accomodate the fact that they had a sold out hotel. the room floors were filthy. they only had m down as reserving one room when i actually had 2. it took a while to get my second room because they were greatly over booked.

"Air conditioning in the rooms was excellent"
Pros: Air conditioning in the rooms was excellent. it was very hot during our stay. bathrooms are small but the shower was excellent. room had a nice flat screen tv.
Cons: Housekeeping was not up to expectations. i had to go look for someone in order to get a roll of toilet paper. elevator works when it wants to. otherwise use the stairs. rooms do not have a desk or a chair to sit on. it's noisey late at night as there are a lot of partiers.
Services at Colony Hotel are of 3-star level. You can get to Ocean Drive or Casa Casuarina on foot quite easily from here. Additionally you can walk to Old City Hall. Staying here puts you in the vicinity of South Beach. A few minutes' walk leads to the interesting Wolfsonian-FIU. Flamingo Park is nearby. This hotel proves to be a convenient base from which to access Miami Beach Convention Centre.
