Miami Beach City Hall

Miami Beach City Hall is a historic structure, located on Washington Avenue in the city. It has been here for over eighty years, and is an easy walk from the convention center and the theatre. It is of interest to the architecturally minded, as it is fashioned in the well known Mediterranean-Revival style. In January of 2006, Miami Beach City Hall was renovated and restored at a cost of around seven million dollars. It is listed in the National Register Historic District, and part of the Save America’s Treasures organization. Visitors to the city are fortunate that there are discount hotels in Miami Beach near the Miami Beach City Hall, as it makes it easier to see this historic old building.
