Cons: Windows dont close, sink didn't work, noisy, brown water comming from second sink, safe ripped loose from wall, door glass missing from one cabinet low water pressure from shower and toilet

Cons: Original room was not available. fridge was not working, sink was clogged. tv didn't work right.
