Cons: We did not get a room until 5 pm. overpriced & understaffed. our shower didn't work and the repairman sent to "fix" it was so sure it was our stupidity and not knowing how to operate the shower, he brought no tools. he was surprised to find it really didn't work. he got some water flow by pounding on the center divert handle with his hand. it resulted in bursts of cold then hot then cold water. only one of our party tried to shower but gave up and filled the shallow tub to sponge bathe. the ice machine for our floor was broken. although there are 4 elevators we saw only 2 actually operating so a 10 minute wait to go up or down was the norm. the beds were uncomfortable. we won't go back.
