Cons: In old condition with blue lighting which made it dark and felt seedy. also we could hear the next room with a baby that cried for 2 nights.
Cons: Didn't care for the blue light hallways.
Cons: Valet service poor - my car was damaged while in their care. $28 a day for valet that parks on the street -- what's the point of paying for that kind of service? elevator was really scary - something to get use to.

Cons: Even though they have been revonated in the last few years, the rooms are starting to looking a little tired. blinds in room poor that didn't block out any sunlight and some staff were rather rude!
Cons: The walls are incredibly thin, the 'beach towel' service was not always available and they are very understaffed.

Cons: Cheap renovation, as a lot of these boutique hotels. better job than some of the other renovations. good prices (we booked for $110 a night)
Cons: Mattress was poor and room had a good amount of maintenance issues (such as tub leaking smelly fan etc).

Cons: Our room was dark and the lighting was awful. the furniture was beat up. the bathroom had extremely low water pressure. to get the shower any stronger we had to turn on the bathroom faucet. there were never enough towels left. the pool area was an extreme disappointment.
