Pros: Large bedroom and bathroom, little kitchen, great bed, big plasma, vert good design...the hotel is positioned only two blocks from the sea, and a few more from ocean blvd. very good value for money.

Pros: This is an awesome boutique hotel on a quiet street off the main strip of south beach. i will stay here everytime i go to south beach just to avoid hotels full of large partying groups. wonderful hotel for romance and to impress guests.
Cons: There was no heat in the hotel during the miami cold front (in the 30's at night) but none of the old hotels in miami have heat so this is nothing out of the ordinary for the area. it was however super cold in our room.

Pros: The hotel is very comfortably located - near the beach and the miami beach city center. travel from and to airport is quick and not expensive by taxi (approx. 30 usd). the staff was very profesional and friendly. the swimming pool is small but cosy. tv and internet access are very satisfying. breakfasts are tasty although food selectio could be slightly wider. the room itself was perfect: big, nicely furnished, with good air-conditioning, well-equppied kitchen. it is worth its money.

Cons: The walls are thin...the people next door were watching family guy and we heard the entire show through the walls. the pool was closed for maintenance and no one told us til we got there :(
