"The experience was good"
Pros: The experience was good. the room was good and clean, pools are very nicely landscaped and always clean and the staff in the check in and one of the managers were very nice.
Cons: There was some negative aspects as well.. the housekeeping staff barely spoke english, one infact knocked on my door at 8: 30 am to do housekeeping when i told her it was not needed at this time, she seemed to get an attitude and started speaking to her co worker in spanish with attitude. also in the breakfast area the cashier also was very rude and began talking rudely to me. i launched a formal complaint on both and made it known that this is not hospitable service.
