Great location,free internet in lobby.
Dirty rooms, spiders webs dirty towels blood and and cum on them,sheets dirty,old,no access to new rooms for a fee for easybook or venere,no safe key,did not want to change room untill got really offended from towel and sheets,room was oubviouslly used during day or night and not redone,pool contaminated so it was closed for the 2 days,was not impressed and staff at night did not care at all, day girl tried better and gave us a different room but was worst but clean at least...will not rebook there,if at least they would offer to help or pay premium that they offered to other guests that had booked with them to upgrade for 20 dollar. i think they have this scam going on to get people to pay more and only offer it to people who booked trough radisson web site,as the staff told me "book trough radisson next time so you get a better room"... they are not yet accredited radisson and the hotel is no going trough any renos or anything... pool was closed for unsalubrity and they were sending guests to indoor pool at the ymca next door or at the metropolitan resort express on int'l drive untill we went and they too were closed for the same reason and sending guests to our hotel or the ymca how great...thank you for reading!
