"We will not be coming back!"

We pulled up to the front entrance to check in and was approached by a Security guard asking if we were checking in. The lobby was very busy and very NOISY with only four clerks to check customers in. We were given our room keys and immediately ushered to customer service asking if we needed any thing and offering a $20 next day HOT breakfast for a seminar on time shares. We checked in the room which had no air conditioning for five (5) hours and two (2) phone calls to the desk later (THANK GOD FOR THE CEILING FAN). Needless to say we got no sleep having to get back on the road the next morning after checkout.

Restaurant offers scenic lake, pool and fountain views, a full-service bar, and game room. The 7,000-square-foot restaurant features “contemporary rustic” décor and includes 42-inch plasma screen televisions positioned throughout to display continuous sporting events. Westgate Smokehouse Grill is famous for its St. Louis-style ribs, which are rubbed with spices and smoked low and slow over hickory for four hours. The menu also boasts “cowboy size” servings of hand-cut grilled steaks, chicken, chops, fresh fish, flame-grilled burgers and numerous BBQ items, slow smoked for 16 hours.
