Hotel took care of all of my needs. even matched your price you gave me when you did not send them my reservation.
I booked with you, and it never got to the hotel. i tried to call your website and could not get to a live customer service person. i got to a sales person on your site, he could not do anything, but was kind enough to transfer me to the hotels.com website. of course they could not do anything for me as i did not book through them.
