"Must've been an off day...."

We've stayed at this Ramada several times in the past and never had a problem. Their staff is always very cordial, the rooms clean, and the price just right.This time, I think it must've been an off day. We checked in after a day of shopping and soon found that the faucet in the bathroom dripped, the exhaust fan was loud, and the showerhead didn't work. After stepping out to grab some snacks, we came back to a room that was a little chilly. As I tried to adjust the temperature, both knobs came off in my hand.So we settled in, bundled up under the blankets, and tried to sleep. The mattresses were EXTREMELY hard and uncomfortable. We got up early the next morning to head off to a dentist appointment but stopped to grab breakfast before checking out. There was very little fresh fruit & the 2% milk had run out.I mentioned a few of these to the manager, but no offer to discount the stay. Since the hotel is off the beaten path and several miles from the malls & extensive shopping/entertainment, I think we'll look a little closer to where the action is next time.
