Nice, clean room. excellent value. the hotel had not received my reservation from easytobook.com, but they honored the rate with no hassle. pizza delivery was available until 4am (not good, but at least available).Had to wait 40 min for shuttle from o'hare. Morris

The staff was very help full and shuttle service was great. we had a late plane departure and the hotel provided us with luggage storage that allowed us to take the train to downtown chicago. Anonymous

The staff was very helpful in giving me directions to where i needed to go and suggested a wonderful restaurant for breakfast for us.The bathrooms definately need updated.
