 "Stylish Boutique Hotel"
Great hotel in a great location. Don't worry about the small size of the rooms. They are very clean and comfortable, with all the essential amenities. You can't expect huge rooms in a pricey urban town like Chicago or NYC. Besides, you're here to experience the city so you won't spend much time in your room. Families should go somewhere else with bigger rooms. We don't want kids in our posh party hotel anyway.

Cons: The room was tiny -not a good value -paper thin walls -could hear neighbor 's noise all through the stay. heat and air were out of balance and the temp. was never comfortable. overpriced for the lack of amenities. rude staff at check in

Pros: It was well located, not in the middle of michigan ave. or downtown so parking was easy to find. staff was friendly.
Cons: The room was tiny, it looked more like a room you would find in a hotel in nyc but not chicago, for almost four stars you would expect a larger room.

Pros: It was like a mini-w hotel but friendlier and more quirky. had a great experience there. staff was personable and super helpful. bed was comfy and location was good. i would make an effort to stay there again for sure!!
