The hotel served as the center of our week-long enjoyment of Chicago. The rooms were clean and spacious and service was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we needed to use the sofabed for a third adult and the quality of that furniture was unacceptable. We moved to a different room with a Murphy bed that was better. Alas, this room had no outlet in the bathroom and the one in the bedroom was far from the mirror so my wife had to sit on the floor to use the hair dryer. And as with most hotels, supplies of coffee were always for two, not three, requiring multiple calls to housekeeping.

Raffaello Hotel has a rating of 4-stars. Accommodation is plentiful here, with a large array of rooms to choose from. Transport is no trouble to or from here, as nearby you can find Millennium Station. The proximity of this location to attractions including John Hancock Observatory and Museum of Contemporary Art makes it a great choice. John Hancock Center is a landmark close to this accommodation; Lake Shore Park and Jane Addams Memorial Park are nearby as well. The distance to Oak Street Beach can be walked from here. Fourth Presbyterian Church is easy to get to from here and is sure to leave an impression on visitors.

A vast array of services, including a limousine service, a shoe polishing service and a bell boy service, is provided here.
