Check in and check out was done in a professional manner. Hall noise was louder than that experienced at the Westin.Room was smaller than the Westin on the Riverfront /but was tastefully decorated. Bathroom was a little tight.Hotel is located near the John Hancock Center and therefore near the shopping area on No. Michican Ave.Liked the price.
