Overall the hotel is good, if you're lucky and you are allocated a good room.The first night we were assigned a room without windows or ventilation?? A hideout. Nor did mirror in the bathroom.MY OPINION IS THAT TO HAVE A NEW AREA AND OTHER MORE OLDER.In any case the staff is friendly and quite well placed to walk anywhere.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a record of my booking and did not recognize the booking company.EasytoBook.com. Fortunately they honored the booking. Breakfast was stated as included at time of booking, but in reality the restaurant was being refurbished and therefore breakfast was not included. There was no undersheet on the bed and generally the hotel looked tired and certainly mid-refurbishment. Not a pleasant experience sadly.

Was a perfect stay just outside the quarter. 10 blocks from burbon st. Not a normal ten blocks it was about a 10 min walk. Very close to everything the wife and I wanted to do. We will be staying here again in the future.
