I went to baltimore, md. for eye muscle surgery and needed a place close enough to travel to and from easily. i used the free shuttle. the driver was so attentive and helpful i was amazed and delighted. he treated each and every one riding like they were his only concern, just getting us there on time and safe.. thanks best western
The only thing that was not perfect was the very stained carpet in our room. it made me uncomfortable knowing i was to be in there after having surgery. not very sanitary.
