 "Excellent Hotel"
The location of this hotel is perfect for first time visitors to BOS or returning guest. It is located right on the historic "Red Line" walking tour. It is also located near great historic places, restaurants and pubs. The staff was friendly and helpful,

 "to fancy for the Quality"
To imagine the quality, the hotel was great, but I expected more than what I see, I prefer more, the party in express, but the location is worse. The bed, the line was good but the piesa teneia not enough plugs and was somewhat small for just one person.

 "New England visit"
This was the best place I've ever stayed comparing service and attentiveness of staff in making the stay enjoyable. Walkable to all the sites and if you like history, this is THE place to stay!

 "Very friendly and helpful staff"
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: $10 for internet access..who still charges for internet usage these days? where do you spend the most amount of time in your hotel room? in bed. what did i see when i looked up from my bed? a popcorn ceiling that had huge chunks peeling away. the windows looked out to..nothing. the room was small and the bathroom, but i could handle that. forget bringing your own dvd player or playstation because the connecting cable from the flatscreen to hookup these devices was not working. telephones were not working. the walls were paper thin. i could hear kids screaming at all hours from one side of the room and a couple have sex from the other side. all in all, a decent hotel, but seriously outdated for the great city of boston. more of a 3 star, rather than a 4 star hotel.

"There really was not much positive about this particular stay"
Pros: There really was not much positive about this particular stay.
Cons: The room was in a very loud location across the way from escalators, the staff was not friendly trying to deal with to many guests at the same time or simply having no one at the desk to provide service. the neighbors were loud and i only got maybe an hour worth of sleep which was not worth the amount that i paid to stay there. the room was incredibly small as the door to the bathroom took up the whole walkway to the exit. it barely fit one person also not worth the money i paid. there was an x on the window as my view across the way. the free breakfast was disgusting barely eatable. the omni will not be my choice the next time i stay in boston. it would have been better to pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else.

"This is a charming hotel in a great location"
Pros: This is a charming hotel in a great location. it's easy to walk to beacon hill, the long wharf waterfront area, boston common and more. the bar is nice and relaxed - a good place to converse with friends. the queen bed was excellent - very cushy, but not overly soft.

"The location and quality of this hotel were perfect"
Pros: The location and quality of this hotel were perfect. if one is looking for a reason to stay...it would be the beds. the beds were heavenly.
Cons: The only negative is the parking garage is around the corner. valet parking adds $2 to the fee charged at the garage. parking in boston is very expensive.
