George Wright Municipal Golf Course in Boston It is a public course that was designed by Donald Ross, and is an impressive example of his work. It first opened in 1938, making it a historical landmark of the city. It was named after the Cincinnati Reds baseball player of the same name.
During the construction of the golf course, 60,000 pounds of dynamite was used. The end result is the 18-hole course which is well known for being incredibly challenging for even the most experienced players. It is open daily for guests from April until the end of November.
