 "Enjoyed the stay"
The location was perfect for a seminar I attended in the area. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very good. I'd come back again.

 "Holy and stained sheets.."
I arrived at this hotel on a Tuesday night to be informed that the reservation was for the following week, they told me I had to contact Expedia. I tried for almost 45 minutes to get my reservation changed as the system changed my dates and I did not noticed and the telephone operator told me they were going to refund me the money and I will have to pay the hotel's going rate cash. Well, catch 22 was that the refund was going to take 5 business days and they had already taken the money from my bank account. The hotel's staff said that if the people change the dates in the system they had availability but the telephone operator refused to do that and hung up on me saying he could not be in the phone any longer. I was left stranded in Detroit at 10:30pm by myself. I booked another hotel with for almost half the price the hotel wanted, right across the street. I never received my refund like operator told me I would and as it turns out I needed to stay in a hotel the following week so I came back at the hotel to use the night I already had paid for since I never received a refund. After a long day I showed up a the hotel at 10:30pm and was given the room further away as possible from the elevator, when I look in the bed the sheets had holes on them and were stained so I am not sure they were actually changed, the stained looked like someone had spilled tea on them or something (not washed out stained) as it had a "border". HOWEVER I was so tired I just did not get in between of the sheets and fell asleep. I came back the following week to be given a room that was open when I arrived at 11pm at night, again I was so tired I just locked the door and forgot about it, left the following morning and when I came back at lunch the door was unlocked AGAIN only this time my laptop, camera, personal effect were in the room... I forgotten that the door did not locked properly. I took my laptop with me and informed the front desk. He asked me if anything was missing and I mentioned that I did not noticed anything missing. I went to the job site and started to look for my passport, DL, credit cards and they were MISSING!!! I was given a new room and still have not located all my documents but since my car is full of luggage, bags, etc I will empty the whole car to see if there is a chance is in one of those luggage, bags, etc. The front desk recommended me to get a PO Box to put my documents next time I'm in town...??

 "good hotel for the money"
The room was clean but it had a heavy smell of smoke. The next night we had another room and it was much fresher.The breakfast was very good and you could make your own waffles.Beds are just right. I would recommend this hotel which is fairly cheap.

 "good value for the price we paid"
Good value for the price we paid through Expedia. It was very close to the airport and the free breakfast offered waffle and some other things. The property looked clean and offered shuttle bus to the airport.
