 "given a smoking room"
so we checked in at 300 pm. every thing seemed right we got our key and went to our room. when my wife noticed it was a smoking room. we requested a non smoking room on our reservation. my wife was very upset because she is ashmatic. so i went down to guest service and requested a room change. there response sorry we have no rooms available. i told them the situation they said we will send house keeping up to change all sheets and get ozone the room but you have to leave the room for 2 hours. we went back to our room tired and exhausted and went to bed. my wife wakes up in a few hours almost have a severe ashma attack. personally i think if some one has a medical condition they should never have to stay in a smoking environment. so the first night was hell! the second night we got a room change.
