Reservations Jet Luxury at Signature have to be cancelled 72 hours before Arrival Date Please take into account that the Arrival Date starts at 0.00 am (CET.).One night non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of reservation. Cancellations made inside 3 days prior to arrival will be charged for the entire reservation. Credit card charged 5-7 days prior to check in. Exit cleaning only. If additional cleaning services or room replenishment is needed, call 877 538-7389. The following fees will apply for all reservations: $15 a day resort fee $25 check in fee $50 exit cleaning fee for suite $75 exit cleaning fee for one bedroom

Good hotel but poor customer service as stock answer was it was booked with jetliving & not the hotel
No water in room ever, no cleaning at all, towels etc thin & hard for standard of hotel, not the quality i expected or paid for!
