 "Our stay"
The hotel was clean , everyone was Very helpful, the price was right as we Did not stay in the room except to sleepAnd shower . Bed was nice, linen was Nice, room was just fine, bathroom was Large, and clean , the shower leaked Some asked them to fix and they never Did, We would come back to stay again

 "The rivera is an older hotel but the room was clean"
Pros: The rivera is an older hotel but the room was clean. the room and bath was more spacious than the newer rooms, good beds and fairly modern.
Cons: The carpet was wrinkled in the hallway and the lighting in the hall was could have been better.

 "Valet parking staff very imformative, the house keeping staff did a good..."
Pros: Valet parking staff very imformative, the house keeping staff did a good job the room was better than we expected for the very low price it was a great deal especially being the thanksgiving holiday.
Cons: The bell person that was taking our bags from the car at check-in not only hit the back door of our vehicle as he pulled the luggage rack forward also dropped one of our bags on the ground. even though our housekeeper kept the room clean as we came into the room and looked out the window it had quite a few smears like something sticky and it was never cleaned throughout our stay.

Pros: The pool was great; clean, lifeguards were kind.
Cons: Lock on door broken, not secure. stains on pillows. towel rack was broken off the wall and placed under the sink instead of removed or fixed.

Cons: My room was by the pool. you guys started blasting party music every morning @ 8:30 am. was forced to wake up early every morning after late las vegas nights. i'm never coming back to your hotel
