This was suppose to been a birthday special for my husband. When we arrived here, the host was so rude and nasty. I paid for the room that I had picked out with a ocean view and she tried to Give us another one without a view. Then our room was smelly And when we got into bed, we found dead cockroaches underOur covers of an unmade bed, the sheets were just throw on Top of it. Plus loud music over our head all night. WorseExperiece ever in my lifetime. People Save your money!

Pros: Large bathroom & shower
Cons: I was told that the rooms in the tower all newly ronovated and modern. our room was dated to the early 90's. ugly room, hard beds, square box tv... just a very old room. we had two rooms and both were the same.

Pros: Loved how big and spacious the room was.
Cons: Was not very satisfied that my rom was not fully cleaned by the time i arrived. if check out is at 11 am shouldnt my room be cleaned and ready for me come 6 pm?

Pros: Big room, value parking for guests, reasonable crowds, less hectic crowds
Cons: Room was a little dated in decor, no flat screen tv, heating in room not dispersed throughout room evenly (pockets where air was cooler than other parts of room); comforter was scary!!

Cons: They were extremely deceptive about hidden fees and room service charges: $54 for a salad and chicken fingers. they somehow have added another $46 charge on top of that, which i am disputing.

Pros: It was okay. the bellhops and valets were helpful.
Cons: Check in was slow and the woman was a bit abrupt. the beds are ridiculously high (could be a real problem for some). the rooms are in bad need of modernizing. the lighting was terrible!

Pros: The casino itself was wonderful and so were the clubs. the staff was very nice and the atmosphere was great.
Cons: The hotel room was extremely outdated and the furniture was scratched and marked and desperately needed to be replaced. the beds were not very comfortable and the bathroom had a stand alone sink with no counter space (which is bad for a group of girls getting ready for a night out!). the lighting in the room was poor and the hallway light was even broken.

Pros: The room was really nice and it was the first time i had ever been to a casino and i was impressed.
Cons: There was a buffet located upstairs in resorts and it was terrible. my fiance and i both got sick after we ate there.

Cons: I booked a room in the newer tower and paid the extra money for it however when getting to the hotel they tried to put me in the older tower. thank goodness i had my confirmation email with me. the front desk person disappeared for about 10that minutes came back with a manager and finally got it straight. if my copy of the reservation showed what tower i paid for i would think theres did too.
