Cons: Room very dirty! too much money forsomeone that is coming to a casino to play the tables. room just dirty!!!

Rí~Rá - For its seventh location, the award-winning Rí~Rá chose The Quarter, its first foray into the Mid-Atlantic states. It is famous for meticulously recreating the Irish Pub experience by exclusively importing authentic pubs from Ireland and reassembling them in the US, board by board, pint glass by pint glass.
