| Food & beverage: | FIN: A Seafood Experience - FIN is the only seafood restaurant in Atlantic City with oceanfront seating. FIN features locally grown food and wine from New Jersey fishermen, farmers, and vintners. Signature dishes include: Chef Demetrios' Dancing Shrimp, made with onion panko crusted shrimp served with a lobster crab cake. Guests may also visit the sushi and raw-fish bar. Open for dinner. Adam Good Crab Shack & Sports Bar – This 240-seat restaurant with bar area and big-screen TV features crab-shack style atmosphere complete with brown paper spread across tables, hammers for whacking shells, bibs, and frosty pitchers of beer. It has a menu of seasonal shellfish dishes; crab selection including Dungeness, Blue Claw, Snow and King; and rustic-style raw bar. Adam Good Deli - This mom-and-pop style deli serves overstuffed deli sandwiches piled high with meats or cheeses, homemade soups, and salads. Dine in or take out. Carmine's - This spot is based on the New York City institution that originated the family-style, Italian-restaurant concept. In a city with 21,000-plus restaurants, it can take 3-4 months to get reservations. This site (in The Quarter at Tropicana) marks the establishment's first-ever venture outside of the Big Apple. Cuba Libre - The Cuban restaurant experience is recreated with classic restoration of a 1940s Havana street scene, including antique mahogany and oak-handcrafted bars. The menu combines contemporary Cuban cuisine and traditional dishes - flavorful and savory, not generally spicy. Hooters - This restaurant is 1 of more than 330 Hooters restaurants in 43 states and 10 foreign countries. The Palm - The restaurant's first foray into New Jersey, this spot is renowned for celebrity regulars. Walls showcase caricatures. Prime steaks, lobsters, and traditional Italian dishes are served. It also has an acclaimed wine list. P.F. Chang's - With a bistro setting, this restaurant features Chinese fusion cuisine. It is P.F. Chang's first and only Jersey Shore presence. Rí~Rá - For its seventh location, the award-winning Rí~Rá chose The Quarter, its first foray into the Mid-Atlantic states. It is famous for meticulously recreating the Irish Pub experience by exclusively importing authentic pubs from Ireland and reassembling them in the US, board by board, pint glass by pint glass. Authentic Irish food is served. |
