Hotel was ideally located right next to the bus stop to new york. hotel staff were friendly. the indoor heated pool was a great way to end each day and we had no problems finding a table at breakfast as some other people had mentioned in their reviews. No negative experiences of any nature.Anonymous

The suite was very good for a family of 5.
the hotel is also well located i.e. only a few minutes by bus to ny times square and price vs quality was excellent. i recommend !

Very clean rooms and staff very helpful. the free shuttle was great and it is a great location to experience ny without being in the centre of the hustle and bustle 24/7.The swimming pool was out of service for the duration of our stay six days and when we arrived they said it would only be three days. also hovering outside our bedroom door at 5.30am was not the best time!
