"They took care of my request immediately, changeing my room from the second..."

Pros: They took care of my request immediately, changeing my room from the second floor, where you could hear the traffic outside. they made the change while i was out the next day.
Cons: The problem was they changed me to a smaller room, that was not very clean. so i was downgraded for makng the request.
