"For jamaica queens the area was fine"

Pros: For jamaica queens the area was fine. it was easy to catch one of the two buses that run near the hotel, and it's a very good place to stay if you want to visit new york and don't mind staying outside of the city and are on a strict budget!

Pros: It's very close to the jfk airport.
Cons: At a total of $93/day, i think it was too expensive for the type of hotel that it was. i wouldn't stay here if my stay is more than a few hours, as it was during this trip. the staff, as i have typically found in ny hotels of this standard was not very friendly. however that is a norm in ny as i have found.

Pros: Very close to jfk, inexpensive. good choice for a quick overnight stay to catch an early flight.
Cons: Walking around the neighborhood after dark is not recommended. the window in room 129 (?) is accessible from the parking lot, and does not lock.

"It was fine and comfortable enough for just one over-night stay"

Pros: It was fine and comfortable enough for just one over-night stay. i think you would not want to stay longer because it is very basic and not convenient to anything, but for the jfk airport it is good. like everything at this hotel, the staff seemed a bit chaotic but were actually very helpful, kind and polite.

Cons: The hotel was exceptionally noisy; both by a main road and internally. no effort had been made to noiseproof the rooms, e.g. dobule glazing. i would seriously not reccomend anyone staying there if they want to sleep.
