Cons: Safe stopped working (would not lock) and despite a couple of calls to the front desk and statements that someone would fix it, nothing happened.
Cons: A little mold in the bath tub, very expensive drinks in the bar, a not so friendly person behind the check in counter, but mostly everyone was very nice
Cons: We had wake-up calls at 6 am and 5 am both morning we were there that were not requested, but i would attribute that to other guests giving the wrong room number. however, upon check-out they messed up the charge for the room and the issue has not been resolved over a week later, in fact they have no communicated with me at all regarding the issue.
Cons: Not negative at all.
Cons: Slow elevators.
Cons: It was all fine.
Cons: The air conditioning broke down in one of the bedrooms (during a heatwave!). however, once informed, the hotel did their utmost to sort it: they installed a temporary air conditioning unit in the window at 9:30 in the evening, which sorted the problem, at least for the duration of our stay. so negative in that the a/c broke down (but then that can happen anywhere), but thoroughly positive in the hotel's response to the problem.
Cons: N/a
Cons: A/c not cool enough
Cons: There was one dinner waiter that provided mediocre service. everyone else was wonderful, from guest reception to the cleaning lady for room 401.
Cons: We were a bit suprised at the total cost of the added city tax cost.
