Pros: The staff were very helpful
Cons: The room was very poorly maintained - it looked shabby and worn and was the opposite of the pictures on the website. overall i was very disappointed and would not stay there again. i dont think the pictures show a true likeness - totally misleading

Pros: Great location, a street or 2 away from times sq and fairly close to central park....value for money
Cons: Very small rooms, toilets shower needs to be replaced...air con/heater noisy and needs replacement...
